Rachel Sugg , Administrative Coordinator, was born and raised in Elberfeld, Indiana. She attended Ivy Tech Community College where she earned an Associate of Applied Science in Graphic Design and in Healthcare Specialist. She also holds Certificates in Phlebotomy Technician, Medical Office Administration and a Technical Certificate in Health Care Support. Rachel has worked as a cake decorator since high school, a passion taught to her by her grandmother when she was a young girl. After years working in retail, she was ready to put her education to use and joined the Within Sight administrative team.
Rachel still resides in Elberfeld with her husband Patrick, who is a Veteran, their son Tyler and daughter, Alivia. Their dogs, Bailey and Marley, three parakeets and a recent addition of Willow, a Quaker Parrot (Rachel’s little prized possession) also live with them. Rachel is very creative and loves to paint, draw, make jewelry and decorate cakes in her free time. She also enjoys reading, listening to music and being family, friends and her menagerie.
