Good Faith Estimate (GFE) for Self-Pay Fees
Under the new federal rule to protect consumers from surprise health care bills, all medical providers must provide a Good Faith Estimate. This estimate is for any services that are billed to any uninsured client or a client not wishing to use insurance. Additionally, we are to provide a diagnosis code at the same time but feel we cannot do this without assessing you during your initial intake/assessment. Your therapist will provide a diagnosis either at the initial assessment or at your next session. Please note, this information is available in paper format and will be explained as you schedule your first session. If you are visually or hearing impaired and/or have any literacy or English language use issues, we will provide this information in an alternative format.
Fees for sessions are based on the amount of time and assessment involved in your session. Within Sight charges are the same for in person or telehealth sessions. Due to insurance denials, complications and lack of coverage for couple sessions, all couple sessions are private pay only only. We provide a self-pay 30% discount if you do not have insurance or do not wish to use insurance. Our fees are the following:
Initial intake/assessment is $220.00. With our 30% discount the cost is $154.00.
16 - 37 minute individual psychotherapy sessions are $100.00. With our 30% discount, the cost is $70.00.
38 - 52 minutes individual psychotherapy sessions are $150.00. With our 30% discount, the cost is $105.00.
53- 60 minutes individual, couple and family psychotherapy sessions are $175.00. With our 30% discount, the cost is $122.50.
90 minutes couple and family sessions are $220.00. With our 30% discount, the cost is $154.00.
Late cancellation fee for appointments made less than 24 hours of appointment time is $50.0
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. It is your responsibility to know your deductible and insurance benefits. Please, check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Do I have a copay?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment or you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a fee of $50.00.
