Blake Steagall, LMHC

Blake Steagall, LMHC, psychotherapist, was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Anthropology from Indiana University in 2013. Blake moved to Virginia and obtained her Master of Education degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg in 2015. She began her career working in a private practice setting treating individuals, families, and couples of all ages, as well as running weekly substance abuse group sessions and completing parenting capacity evaluations.

Blake treats children, adolescents and adults in individual, couple and family sessions. Her specialties are in anxiety, OCD, and trauma. She is a Certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) therapist. Blake is also a National Certified Counselor and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. In her free time, Blake loves spending time with her husband and their two cats. When not spending time with them, you can find her rock climbing, lounging in her hammock with a good book, cooking, or spending time outside.
