Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy where a therapist works with a small group of several clients simultaneously to focus on a specific topic, mental health issue or skill. Groups can be processing groups, educational or supportive. There are many benefits to groups including having group support, gaining a sense of belonging and acceptance, having help and inspiration from others, learning from others and reducing isolation.

- Somatic Skills Group
- This group facilitated by Caron Leader, LCSW, ACSW, SEP is a psycho-educational and experiential group that focuses on learning about the nervous system and how to understand and notice physical reactions that are happening when in distress. The purpose of this group is to gain insight into somatic experiences, gain resources to regulate the nervous system and to become more aware of how physical sensations are a part of the distress. Participants will also use experiential exercises that will aid in gaining insight into how the body is experiencing and contributing to distress.
